The Opportunity:

Direct and manage the LMS function by providing excellent customer service in a GMP environment. Support & Development of AICL LMS team to enable them to deliver a high-quality service to the business. Deliver training and co-ordinate global/local projects within area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: co-ordination of LMS administration operations including create, modify and delete LMS content. Managing LMS user roles and permissions.
  • Manage LMS Team: Manage LMS Administration Specialists. Support & Development of AICL LMS team to enable them to deliver a high-quality service to the business.
  • Technical Support: Providing support to users experiencing technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating with 3RD party support when necessary.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that the LMS meets relevant GMP standards and compliance requirements. Support internal & external audits.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate LMS Training KPIs and Compliance Reporting (routine and non-routine) to meet business requirements.
  • Training and Support: Offering training sessions for instructors and learners on how to use the LMS effectively and creating user guides/documentation.
  • Project Management: Manage LMS related optimisation, integration and development global/local projects on behalf of AICL. Implement Lean projects to improve LMS processes through the identification and elimination of errors, waste and unnecessary manual intervention. Stay current with LMS trends and best practices to enhance the learning experience.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors applications – preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical skills

Education:

  • 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline (IT, Business, Science, Social Sciences, Education) or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is an inital 1 year FTC
  • Position is based in Killorglin – Ireland
  • This position requires you to be onsite 3 days a week, 2 days a week from home
