The Opportunity:

As an Oncology Brand Lead, you will co-lead the brand team and develop commercial strategies and tactics that align with the global brand strategy. You will adapt these strategies to local market insights, ensuring the plans are implemented effectively to achieve mid- to long-term affiliate targets. With a strong commercial focus, you will manage the annual promotional budget, sales forecasting, and pricing. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead strategic and tactical brand planning: Develop brand plans based on market data analysis and research to drive disease awareness and product positioning, positioning the company as a trusted partner in the market.
  • Market analysis and competitive tracking: Gather market trends, market share, and competitive insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness, drive product growth, and strengthen market share, especially during new class launches.
  • Execute and track marketing activities: Develop and implement tactical plans aligned with the brand strategy, manage marketing activities, monitor budget and ROI, and adjust plans as needed while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and customers: Lead in-field interactions, support the sales team, and arrange materials to engage HCPs and stakeholders, ensuring effective customer interaction aligned with product positioning and differentiation.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar position as brand lead in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good understanding and experience of the pharmaceutical market brand marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a high-level contributor or leader of multiple projects, processes, or functions.
  • Professional level English and Turkish.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • Position is based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our Istanbul office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office
  • 15-20 % domestic/international travel might be required.
