The Opportunity:
Under the supervision of Operational Audit Senior Business Partner / Business Partner, you will be responsible for executing a high level of difficulty and professional internal audit work for complex global and/or regional audit topics. Under the direction of an OA Lead, you will perform audit work for a variety of audit topics (financial, operational, IT, and/or compliance) and conduct thorough follow-up audit work on previously identified audit issues. Internal audit work is performed independently under the direction of the OA Lead, with latitude for initiative and judgment for tasks assigned.

Key activities for this role:
- Prepare first draft of audit planning materials (Scope Memo, Planning Memo) as assigned, for presentation to the Operational Audit Senior Business Partner / Business Partner.
- Conduct and document interviews and prepare working papers for audit work assigned.
- Based on interviews and audit work performed, identify, document and confirm audit issues and develop recommendations.
- Compose formal audit observations and issue high-quality follow-up summary memos.
- Communicate the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
- Develop and maintain productive client, staff, and management relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Create high-quality recommendations to improve results and/or mitigate risk and participate in discussions regarding recommendations with management.
- Confirm roles and responsibilities for audit assignments with the OA Lead to ensure a clear understanding of objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Relevant professional accounting, auditing certifications preferred (e.g. Chartered Accounted, Chartered Internal Auditor, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Information System Auditor etc.).
- Strong experience in accounting, auditing or compliance and other fields, can be project management, team management and other organization skills. 1 of 4 years can be project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Proficient data analysis, analytical and organizational skills
- Conversational and business English.
Education:
- BS/BA in Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA

- This is a permanent, full-time position.

- The team is based across different locations worldwide.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per week in our office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
