The Opportunity:
As a System Engineer for Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages), you will build, test and support Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages) dashboards, used across the commercial and medical business domains.

Key Activities for this role:
- Design, develop and support robust and scalable Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages) dashboards using both MyInsights (X-Pages) Studio, HTML5 and JavaScript.
- Design, develop and support Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages) dashboards that source data from external sources other than Veeva CRM and Vault CRM, particularly AWS RDS service.
- Participate in smaller focused mission teams to deliver value driven solutions aligned to our global and bold move priority initiatives and beyond.
- Provide Level 3 and 4 Technical Support to internal users troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime as soon as possible.
- Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline Adhering to DevOps best practises for version control automation and deployment. Ensuring effective management of the Value Team backlog.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in full-stack-development on Veeva and Salesforce cloud platforms.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Few years of hands on experience designing and developing Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages) dashboards for the life science industry
- Very strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and Vault CRM data model and all modules, including calls, events management, and Veeva Suggestions
- Hands on experience in building MyInsights (X-Pages) Dashboards using Veeva MyInsights (X-Pages) Studio
- Hand on experience in building MyInsights (X-Pages) Dashboards using HTML5 and Veeva’s JavaScript library
- Experienced in Salesforce SOQL queries and using Salesforce various administration tools such as Workbench and Data Loader
- Experience in writing Salesforce APEX code
- Subject Matter Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Life Sciences/ Pharma industry across Commercial, Manufacturing and Medical domains
- Cross-Cultural Experience: Work experience across multiple cultures and regions, facilitating effective collaboration in diverse environments
Preferred Qualification:
- Any of the below additional qualifications will be regarded as a plus:
- Experience in supporting and configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Veeva CRM and Vault CRM Certified Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Developer Level 1 and/or Level 2
- Experience in integration software such as MuleSoft
- Experience in user authentication and authorisation across multiple devices including use of O’Auth and Azure Mobile Device Management
- Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Ability to communicate confidently in English, speaking, listening, and writing
- Experienced in sourcing data into Veeva MyInsghts (X-Pages) Dashboards from AWS data sources, including AWS S3 and AWS RDS, using AWS RESTful APIs
- Experienced in using Veeva’s JavaScript library to authenticate against AWS services
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
