We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with strong in-country market knowledge who can help establish a new hiring hub and thereafter, ensure that Astellas quickly and effectively secures the best talent aligned to deliver its strategic objectives globally through a team and an outsourced provider. 

You will be an articulate influencer who can ensure global best practices are followed, whilst demonstrating an appreciation for local TA nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving continuous improvements to ensure Astellas processes and technology can support attracting and selecting top talent for Astellas.
  • Overseeing the strategic partnership and operations of the relevant RPOs as well as internal teams of Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Partnering with HR and business stakeholders in the strategic workforce planning process to ensure continuity with acquisition processes and staffing.
  • Harmonizes talent acquisition policies, processes, and practices globally and identifies where customization is necessary to meet regulatory, privacy, legal, or cultural requirements.

  • Stays abreast of new trends in the industry and marketplace and maintains up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends, related analytics, and labour laws that have short and long-term implications in our recruiting efforts.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing people and leading high-performing internal teams and third-party suppliers, in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • A deep understanding of how to run a high-quality, full cycle recruiting process, using reporting and analytics to shape sourcing and recruiting strategies.
  • Consistent track record in driving efficiencies with the use of relevant technologies, processes, and workflows.
  • Proven success of partnering with and influencing stakeholders cross-functionally, at all levels.
  • Exposure to, and understanding of the most current diversity recruiting, recruiting solutions, and employment branding strategies.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, either BA or BS or equivalent.

Additional Information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is based in Warsaw, Poland
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 3 days per week in the Warsaw office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
