The Opportunity:

In this role, you will support the development, maintenance, and deployment of high-quality learning and process solutions across R&D, ensuring training materials, process documentation, and learning systems are accurate, compliant, and globally scalable. As a Learning & Process Support Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and update digital learning content, manage translations, coordinate training assignments, and maintain inspection-ready training records. Working at the intersection of learning, process excellence, and operational support, you will contribute to process mapping, change management, and documentation updates that enable consistent, efficient, and compliant ways of working across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to elevate learning experiences, strengthen end-to-end processes, and support enterprise-level initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness within R&D.

Key Activities for this role:

  • Develop and update eLearning content, training materials, and supporting documentation using Articulate 360, Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Coordinate LMS activities including course testing, training assignments, periodic reviews, onboarding scheduling, and mailbox management.
  • Support process documentation updates, process mapping, and end-to-end process model maintenance.
  • Manage translations, content updates, and logistics for learning events in collaboration with SMEs and LMS teams.
  • Support change management and communication efforts including stakeholder assessments, communication materials, and project updates.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proven learning support experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry and 4+ years supporting the drug development process.
  • Experience developing online learning solutions and proficiency with Articulate Storyline/Articulate 360.
  • Strong communication, project prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills in global matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, with experience in process mapping or process improvement.
  • Understanding of global drug development processes, ICH/GCP regulations, and quality management expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in training and development, adult learning, instructional design, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and PowerAutomate.
  • Knowledge of Casewise/Evolve BPM software.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level process or documentation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business English for global collaboration.

Education:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent role based in our Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
