The Opportunity:
As a Content Manager at Astellas Pharma, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering compelling content that resonates with our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with local Brand Managers to create and optimize content across various channels, ensuring a seamless integration of messaging that aligns with our Omnichannel Engagement Framework. Your work will not only enhance our brand presence but also contribute to improving patient care worldwide.

Key Activities for this role:
- Act as a content adviser to local Brand Managers, developing copy and assets tailored to customer profiles and insights.
- Ensure consistent content application across all externalfacing channels, including websites, HCP portals, and social media.
- Execute and optimize the internal content planning and production process in collaboration with Brand Managers and content reviewers.
- Identify and leverage existing global and local content to align with omnichannel campaign strategies.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to understand evolving customer needs and produce relevant content for Field Force-led.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital/omnichannel engagement within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights for decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders at various seniority levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in omnichannel content within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or FMCG industries.
- Familiarity with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory (LMR) review processes and local regulations.
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, payers, and patients.
- Digital content transformation experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time permanent role.
- Location Italy office (Milan).
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum 1 day per month in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
