Location and Working Environment 

This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite minimum 3 days per week in Madrid, Spain office.

Working Hours

This is a full-time & fixed-term contract.

Purpose & Scope 

  • The Omnichannel Content Manager plays a key role in enabling effective, customer-centric engagement by partnering closely with Brand Teams to translate brand objectives into integrated omnichannel execution. Combining strategic marketing understanding with digital and content expertise, the role helps identify and implement the most effective channel mix, content approach, and customer engagement tactics to maximize reach, relevance, and impact. Through the effective use of available global capabilities and best practices, the Omnichannel Content Specialist supports business objectives while accelerating the affiliate's transformation towards a more mature omnichannel operating model.
  • Working in close collaboration with Brand Teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the Omnichannel Content Specialist (Manager) supports the planning, adaptation, optimization, and deployment of content across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. While brand strategy ownership remains within the Brand Team, this role provides expert guidance on digital engagement, content utilization, and omnichannel execution to ensure seamless and consistent customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • The role is responsible for tailoring and optimizing available content for different audiences, channels, and stages of the customer journey, ensuring messaging remains relevant, compliant, and impactful. By leveraging data-driven insights, digital capabilities, and omnichannel best practices, the Omnichannel Content Manager helps enhance healthcare professional (HCP) engagement, drive operational effectiveness, and maximize the value of content investments across the affiliate.
  • Partner with Brand Teams to translate brand objectives, customer needs, and business priorities into effective omnichannel execution plans.
  • Recommend and implement digital and omnichannel tactics that support brand strategies and enhance customer engagement across relevant channels.
  • Adapt, optimize, and deploy content across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a consistent, customer-centric experience.
  • Leverage digital platforms, tools, and capabilities to drive high-quality execution, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor channel and content performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve engagement and impact with healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications 

  • Solid experience in Digital Marketing and omnichannel engagement strategies within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and marketing platforms (PromoMats, CRM, Approved Emails, Remote Engage, social media, websites, banners).
  • Proven knowledge in writing and adapting content for digital channels.
  • Fluent Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Training in compliance and industry regulations (e.g., codes of practice for pharmaceutical communications).
  • Experience in Marketing/Brand Manager within the pharmaceutical sector. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Health Sciences, Advertising or a related field, or equivalent.
