The Opportunity:
This is role sits within our commercial business unit and is a niche position within the Digital space.
Your role is to support all Brand leads across all brands with their digital content creation. Your new position reports into the Head of Operations and will work cross functionally with the commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mange compliant execution and continuous optimization of internal processes around content planning, content creation, content production, MLR review and approval, and content distribution.
- Drive the Local content re-use in the affiliate for co-creation of content with Global team, ensuring local teams’ contribution to global brand portals.
- Primary point of contact for the Omnichannel Content Factory and MXM.
- Be responsible for analysing content effectiveness based on available performance and engagement data to generate insights and enable data-driven decision making that optimizes ongoing campaigns and future content creation.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Experienced in pharmaceutical industry and/or agency background.
- Demonstrate recent experience within Digital marketing.
- Demonstrate experience and knowledge within Content creation.
- Involvement in content development and use of Omnichannel.
Preferred Experience:
- Experienced within prescription drugs.
Education:
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in science, Business or equivalent.
Additional information:- This is a full time, permanent position.
- Position is based in Australia.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Sydney office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
