Über diese Position
Als Brand Insights Expert übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Bereitstellung hochwertiger Markt- und Business-Insights zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen bei Astellas. In dieser Expertenfunktion innerhalb des Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) Teams verantworten Sie Marktanalysen, Forecasting-Inputs sowie Wettbewerbs- und Performance-Insights für zugewiesene Produkte und Therapiegebiete. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams in einem agilen Brand@Center-Modell zusammen.
Das können Sie bewirken:
- Steuerung regionaler Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen für zugewiesene Produkte und Therapiegebiete
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Markt- und Datenanalysen zur Ableitung umsetzbarer Business-Insights
- Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und lokalen Teams zur Analyse von Marktpotenzialen, Trends und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Bereitstellung von Forecasting-Expertise und Unterstützung strategischer Geschäftsentscheidungen
- Arbeit in einem agilen Umfeld mit Fokus auf Zusammenarbeit, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Launch-Readiness
Essenzielle Kompetenzen & Erfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Forecasting, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence oder Decision Sciences in der pharmazeutischen Industrie oder Beratung
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Starkes analytisches Verständnis sowie Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
- Verständnis regionaler Marktbedingungen und kommerzieller Strategien im Pharmaumfeld
- Lernbereitschaft sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen von Vorteil
Erforderliche Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Naturwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Analytics oder vergleichbar

Purpose & Scope
As Brand Insights Expert, you play a key role in delivering high-quality market and business insights to support strategic decision-making at Astellas. Within the Customer Engagement Excellence (CEE) team, you are responsible for market analyses, forecasting inputs, and competitive and performance insights for assigned products and therapeutic areas. You work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile Brand@Center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional market and competitive analyses for assigned products and therapeutic areas
- Develop and execute market research and data analyses to generate actionable business insights
- Collaborate with global and affiliate teams to assess market potential, trends, and competitor developments
- Provide forecasting expertise and support strategic business decision-making
- Work in an agile environment focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and launch readiness.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, or decision sciences within the pharmaceutical industry or consulting
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Understanding of regional market dynamics and commercial strategies in the pharmaceutical environment
- Experience with agile ways of working and continuous learning is advantageous
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science, engineering, mathematics, analytics, or equivalent
