About This Job
As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the execution of capital expenditure (CAPEX) and non-CAPEX projects from initiation to handover. In this role, you will ensure that projects adhere to Good Engineering Practices (GEP), regulatory requirements, and quality standards, ultimately contributing to the efficient and compliant operation of the AICL(KP) facility.
You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.
Key Activities for this role
- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget under the supervision of senior engineer.
- Good Engineering Practices (GEP): Implement and maintain GEP standards throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality engineering outcomes.
- Validation and Qualification: Manage and execute validation and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise potential impacts on project delivery.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
- Proficiency in engineering principles and practices, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and standards, including (FDA) Food and Drug Administration, (EMA) European Medicines Agency, and (GMP) Good Manufacturing Practice.
- Expertise in validation and qualification processes for pharmaceutical equipment and systems.
- Ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Educations/Qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering/ science or related field required or equivalent.
