Location and Working Environment
This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a hybrid structure comprising 70% field-based work and 30% office-based activities, primarily focused on marketing responsibilities.

Purpose & Scope
- As a Customer Engagement & Value Partner, you act as a strategic partner to healthcare professionals (HCPs), payer stakeholders, and key decision makers across identified accounts and networks.
- You ensure alignment of customer needs with internal capabilities, maximize value delivery, and drive impactful engagement through omnichannel strategies and insight‑driven decision making.
- You also act as a core contributor to cross‑functional brand teams and support the delivery of impactful customer experiences.
Role and Responsibilities
- Strategic Customer Engagement Act as a senior, trusted partner for HCPs and healthcare networks, fostering long term collaboration. Use clinical, operational, and market insights to understand customer needs and shape engagement strategies. Strengthen relationships across decision making networks and key stakeholders, including guideline committees, academic centers, and insurers. Ensure customers gain full value from Astellas solutions by addressing issues proactively and promoting the most suitable services and platforms. Align external insights with internal resources to support strategic planning and execution
- Value & Access Support the development and execution of value propositions that integrate clinical, economic, and real world evidence to enhance patient access. Identify opportunities to demonstrate value to healthcare decision makers and anticipate access related opportunities and challenges
- Omnichannel Engagement Implement omnichannel engagement strategies with brand co leads and teams. Use customer insights and feedback to refine tactics and deliver a best in class customer experience
- Cross Functional Collaboration Contribute to brand strategies focused on customer value and business objectives. Integrate patient journey insights into brand plans. Support operational and value adding projects that drive adoption and improve customer experience. Partner with field teams to ensure strategic alignment in account planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, account management, value & access, or commercial roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare systems, payer dynamics, and clinical environments.
- Solid understanding of omnichannel engagement and digital health technologies.
- Proven project management capabilities and ability to collaborate with cross functional.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross functional teams and agile working methodologies.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, MPH, PharmD, etc.).
