Purpose & Scope
• As the Key Account Associate you will be reporting directly to the Urology Team Lead and be responsible for regional achievement across Alexandria managing the Urology portfolio.
Role and Responsibilities
• Increase brand awareness of the company’ products, conduct product availability and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done.
• Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact collaboration in place.
• Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
• Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role with a global pharmaceutical organization in Egypt.
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Experience with CRM & Veeva systems
• Strong negotiation and organization skills.
• Collaborative & Proactive in nature
• Must have own car.
• Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge and experience in Urology would be highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently.
