Location and Working Environment

This is a permanent role field - based in the Masovian Voivodeship, Poland and hybrid working with the expectation for some office presence. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.

Purpose & Scope

  • Drive sales and achieve high market share for promoted products by executing field-based initiatives and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), and company partners.
  • The role exists to expand product adoption, strengthen market presence, and ensure compliant promotion aligned with company strategy and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage territory through regular engagement with doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions, including delivering compliant product presentations.
  • Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, onboarding centers into drug programs, and supporting key promotional initiatives.
  • Plan and execute regional events, workshops, and contribute to national and international congress activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally while overseeing reporting, budgeting, analytics, and effective use of company systems.
  • Support broader team success through mentoring, cross-territory sales support, business planning, and representing the department in meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and with therapeutic area products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proven focus on achieving high sales results.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
