The Opportunity:
You will manage the development and dissemination of scientific and clinical content and associated materials globally within Medical Affairs. Your role serves as an essential member of the Med Comms Product Team and an extended member of Core Medical Teams (CMTs). You will also identify content needs across the globe and ensure the development or updating of materials to meet these needs. Contribute to a matrix content team, working with the Med Comms Product Team, Core Medical Team, and regional and local teams to identify content needs, lead the creation of central scientific content, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the scientific content strategy and plan in collaboration with the Scientific Communications and Content Lead, contributing to the integrated evidence dissemination section of the Core Medical Plan (CMP).
- Work with vendors to create structured, topical, scientifically balanced, and well-referenced content for external scientific exchange and internal education.
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of the Scientific Communication Platform (SCP) to guide content and narratives strategically.
- Analyze and evaluate scientific/clinical data and competitive intelligence, consolidating insights into usable formats for stakeholders via Medical Affairs tools.
- Ensure alignment across Therapeutic Areas (TAs) and regions in collecting and curating insights and content.
- Engage stakeholders like Legal and Compliance teams for material review as needed.
- Collaborate with the Publications team, Medical Education, and Medical Information to optimize content use across initiatives.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Understand legal, regulatory, and pharmaceutical guidelines for Medical Affairs.
- Translate complex clinical and scientific data into impactful content.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently within a matrix environment.
- Demonstrate expertise in medical terminology, TA, and product knowledge.
Preferred Experience:
- Multimedia and omnichannel experience.
- Ability to create digital content.
- Prior experience working in a Medical Affairs team.
- Global/multi-regional working experience.
- Experience within pertinent Therapeutic Areas.
Education:
- Advanced Scientific Degree (such as Pharm.D., PhD or MD) or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidate must be located within a commutable distance of an office.
