The Opportunity:

Due to internal movement, an opportunity for a full time, permanent Sales Force effectiveness manager role has become available within the Operations team. This role will report directly to the Head of Operations.

Your role will be to lead the sales target setting process. The key components of this role but limited to are internal and external stakeholder management and data analytics of complex code. You will need to be able to translate complex data and code into understandable data for your stakeholders.

This role will be based in Sydney, New south Wales and will require you to be able to travel to this location.

Responsibilities:

  • You will own the territory Design process and targeting, to create sales leads and target key account identification and customer segmentation.
  • Manage the CRM integration, which includes the Omnichannel planning and digital expansion.
  • Be able to Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual parts of the existing process.
  • To Design and manage the sales compensation and incentive programs for the sales team.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experienced in working within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and tenure within a data scientist role or equivalent.
  • To demonstrate knowledge of Veeva CRM related systems.
  • Experienced in territory design and customer targeting.

Education:

  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in science or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a full time, permanent position.
  • Position is based in Sydney, Australia.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and minimum 2 days per week in our Sydney office. Flexibility may be required in line with business need. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
