The Opportunity:
In this role, you will manage provide expert HR case management and policy guidance to employees and leaders, ensuring alignment with country-specific policies and legal compliance. This role addresses employee relations, partners and supports various HR processes, projects, and business needs. It serves as a key advisor, delivering insights and solutions to drive effective people management and organizational success.

Key Activities for this role:
- Leading and collaborating with HR teams to deliver end-to-end business change initiatives, manage multiple projects, and drive continuous improvement in HR services.
- Resolving escalated employee relations issues, providing policy guidance, tracking trends, and escalating complex cases to senior HR or legal partners when necessary.
- Partnering with HR teams to execute talent, performance, and reward cycles, ensuring global solutions meet local requirements and delivering support outside Shared Service Centre scope.
- Providing mentorship, delivering HR workshops, analyzing people insights, and interfacing with other HR sub-divisions to drive local and organizational improvements.
- Fostering collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams, building stakeholder trust, and maintaining a proactive approach to improving HR services.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven working experience, including expertise in core HR functions and the employee lifecycle.
- Proven success partnering across functions and levels, inspiring trust, and effectively influencing decisions.
- Strong analytical abilities with sound judgment based on policies, practices, and risk factors.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative nature, and the ability to manage complex workloads to high standards.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience in matrix environments with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proven ability to drive change through initiative, creativity, and innovative approaches.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across various management levels.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a HR relevant discipline or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1-2 days per week in our Warsaw office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
