Location and Working Environment 

  • This position is located in Levallois-Perret, France.
  • This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2 days per week.

Purpose & Scope 

As Project Manager you will be a facilitator and coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that all the key stages of a project are articulated in the most optimal way possible.
In this position you will be responsible for objective and quantified elements (such as planning, budgets, quality of deliverables, amongst others), where you will use your communication skills to build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders, as well as your organizational and analytical skills.

Role and Responsibilities 

  • Be the Key Point of Contact for all transversal projects (BRM, CSP, GS, Awards…) and ensure their full deployment and support the identified stakeholders.
  • Be the LT local operational support for all initiatives and functional needs (LT meeting management & agenda, minutes and action log follow-up).
  • Align the affiliate around innovation initiatives by using the Innovation Hub and supporting its sponsor.
  • In relation to “Resource coordination and allocation", be the referent and coordinate all the stakeholders in order to ensure the coherence of the project by developing amongst other actions the development of the schedule and ensuring that it is respected.
  • Manage the budget and be proactive if arbitrations are necessary in the allocation of resources (computer resources, financial resources etc.).
  • For the organization of activities, develop a global vision, identify the weak points on timings, and the risks inherent in the deployment of a program (technical, human, financial) and manage them.
  • Ensure the deployment of the different aspects of the project and determine the friction points and propose solutions.
  • Develop and deploy methods for resolving bugs around projects.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Marketing, Engineering, Project Management studies, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and French languages.
  • Extensive and solid previous experience in project management positions to understand the challenges inherent in planning and budget.
  • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mind and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with different tools, such as CRM (Salesforce, Adobe), ERP (SAP or Oracle type) or, a ticketing tool (JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of planning methods, such as PERT, GANT.
  • Knowledge of budget management tools, financial methods.
  • Knowledge of cost calculation methods (management control), such as full costs, profit centres, etc.
