Based in our Dublin Plant and reporting to Lead Pharma Manu Quality Services DP, the primary purpose is to perform system administrator activities for Quality Services (QS) owned computerised systems and support the closeout of CAPAs resulting from periodic reviews/inspections/audits. In addition, the Quality Services Graduate position will support the implementation of data analytics and data visualisation tools/techniques.

About This Job

  • Perform system administrator role on QS owned computerised systems including system security access, periodic audit trail reviews and routine administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the administration of GMP computerised systems in your remit is carried out in a manner which ensures the integrity of the data created, modified, or maintained on the systems.
  • Support the closeout of CAPAs resulting from periodic reviews, inspections, and audits of QS owned systems.
  • Assist the QC (Quality Control) laboratory with computerised systems support and IT related issues.
  • Support the application of data visualization tools/techniques to relevant Quality Services data, helping to effectively convey the insights found in the data, in the form of easy-to-understand visual narratives.
  • Actively identify improvement ideas relating to data analytics and data visualization and where possible implement and monitor the change.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., activities to maximize value and efficiencies, increase revenue, reduce costs, reduce waste, etc.). Pro-actively identify and promote opportunities to improve quality operations at AICL. Compile appropriate justifications where relevant.

Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/scientific or data analytics area.
  • Preferred knowledge in PL/SQL, Python and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Preferred knowledge in laboratory systems and data analytics.
