Location and Working Environment

This position is a field-based opportunity in CAIRO, EGYPT.

Purpose & Scope

  • As the Key Account Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Franchise Lead, Specialty and be responsible for regional sales achievement across Cairo managing the women’s health portfolio.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct pharmaceutical sales for the company and meet the sales targets
  • Increase brand awareness and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
  • Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done through the medical product sales.
  • Meet pharmaceutical sales targets, negotiate contracts, review pharmaceutical sales job performance, and draft reports on the same.
  • Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact sales calls.
  • Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
  • Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience within pharmaceutical sales having worked with a global pharmaceutical organization in Egypt.
  • Knowledge and experience in gynaecology / women’s health therapy area is mandatory.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM & Veeva systems
  • Strong negotiation and organization skills.
  • Collaborative & Proactive in nature
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product launch experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
