The Opportunity:

As Talent Acquisition Services Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient execution of the Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring the global provision of talent acquisition through partnerships with retained, outsourced, and preferred suppliers.

In this role, you will also drive the performance of all partners, ensuring that objectives are met, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.

As Talent Acquisition Services Lead, you will:

  • Oversee and optimize the recruitment process from position to onboarding, ensuring effective & efficient business focussed practices and legal compliance.
  • Manage relationships with multiple RPOs and preferred suppliers, ensuring they deliver high-quality talent and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and trends to provide insights and drive through to recommendations improvements and strategic initiatives. Additionally, continuously identify inefficiencies and ensure that robust solutions are implemented which streamline and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Manage metrics to ensure that escalated issues about Global Talent Acquisition Services are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. Also, meet regularly with Astellas’ Partners to continue to build collaboration and drive a high level of service.
  • Work closely across HR and the business to understand future needs and develop effective recruitment approaches to meet expectations.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in running a data driven Talent Acquisition model, leading and managing complex operations within large multinational organisations with a significant knowledge of HR metrics and their applicability.
  • Solid experience in setting up and/or running Global / Multinational Operations Teams.
  • Extensive background in working in a hybrid model involving outsourced and in-house resources, with experience working with third party providers.
  • Significant implementation experience of a range of continuous improvement projects, including both technology and process improvement.
  • A broad understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience of managing conflicting priorities and managing client expectations.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:

  • Chartered MCIPD or equivalent qualification.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent, full-time position.
  • This position is preferred to be based in the United Kingdom or Poland, but we welcome applications from other locations.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per week in our respective local country office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
