The Opportunity:

You will be a detail-oriented and process-driven Position Management Specialist responsible for handling Tier 2 and workflow processing of position management transactions within our systems. In this role, you will ensure the accurate creation, maintenance, and closure of positions in alignment with business rules, organizational structures, and system requirements. As a key member of the HR System Operations team, you will serve as a central point for straightforward, transactional position updates and contribute to the overall health of organizational data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, validate, and manage position creation, updates, and inactivation requests, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Review key position attributes (e.g., job codes, reporting lines, FTE, location, cost centers) for accuracy and data integrity.
  • Monitor and prioritize position management workflows, addressing time-sensitive requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Operations to clarify and validate position-related submissions.
  • Maintain audit trails, support data quality checks, and assist with reporting and system testing related to position management.
  • Escalate complex cases appropriately and contribute to process improvement by identifying issues and recommending solutions.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Experience in position management, HR operations, shared services, or a similar data entry/transactional processing role.
  • Familiarity with position management functionality SuccessFactors
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proven ability to follow established procedures and escalate when needed.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in MS Excel and data validation techniques.

Preferred experience:

  • Exposure to service ticketing/workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of organization structures, job architecture, and workforce planning basics.

Education:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Additional information:

  • This is a permanent full-time position.
  • Position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
  • This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum 2-3 days per week in our Warsaw office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
