The Opportunity:

As Lead, Global Scientific Content you will play a pivotal role in managing the development and dissemination of central scientific content within our Medical Affairs team
You will identify content needs globally and ensure that appropriate materials are developed and updated to meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as an essential member of the Med Comms Product Team and contribute to the Core Medical Teams (CMTs).
• Develop the scientific content plan in partnership with the Scientific Communications and Content Lead, ensuring alignment with the integrated evidence dissemination portion of the Core Medical Plan (CMP).
• Work with vendors to create scientifically balanced, well-referenced medical/scientific content for external scientific exchange and internal education.
• Explore new technologies and solutions, including generative AI, to enhance the efficiency of content development.
• Proactively identify CMT needs for specific content and ensure alignment with regional and affiliate requirements.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

• Significant experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in medical affairs.
• Ability to review and translate complex scientific data into clear, impactful content.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects efficiently in a matrix environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Multimedia and omnichannel experience.
• Previous significant experience in a Medical Affairs team.
• Global or multi-regional working experience.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault systems.
• Experience using AI for content development.

Education:

• Advanced Scientific Degree (such as Pharm.D., PhD or MD) or equivalent.

Additional Information:

• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• The role is located at our Warsaw- Poland office.
• This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
