The Opportunity:
As the Medical Affairs Global Brand Manager, you will lead and oversee program management activities for assigned products, Core Medical Teams (CMT), Core Medical Plans (CMP), Global Co-creation Teams (GCT), and Integrated Global Brand Plans (IGBP). You will collaborate closely with Medical Brand Leads, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the timely and efficient execution of medical affairs tactics within budget. Additionally, you will drive the development of new processes and refine existing ones to strengthen organizational workflows and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive effective project management for all aspects of the Core Medical Team functioning globally, ensuring collaboration with regional members for successful execution.
• Oversee the execution of the annual Core Medical Plan and budget process for assigned products, managing budget variance and communicating effectively with senior leadership.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs Leadership Team members and cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation of Medical Affairs-sponsored activities related to Core Medical Team, Core Medical Plan, and Global Co-creation Team.
• Contribute to Business Development activities by evaluating opportunities for in-licensing and partnerships in collaboration with internal task forces.
• Develop and execute strategies focused on project management, process improvements, and organizational learning to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
• Extensive and significant experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in medical affairs project management or operations.
• Broad and considerable experience in project management within the healthcare industry, ideally in product development or medical affairs operations.
• In-depth knowledge of global drug development and product lifecycle management processes.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills that lead to effective change.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across a global organization.
Education:
• MS Degree or equivalent.
Additional Information:
• This is a permanent, full-time position.
• This role is located at our Addlestone – United Kingdom office.
• This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per quarter in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
