The Opportunity:
As a Medical Lead Haematology, you will play a pivotal role in advancing patient care through innovative therapies. You will help develop and implement our local medical strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader business objectives. Your insights will shape our approach to addressing unmet medical needs, making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.

Key Activities for this role:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the generation and communication of scientific and medical insights.
- Ensure excellence in executing governance processes and managing budgets.
- Oversee insight-generation activities, ensuring actionable findings are integrated into strategic planning.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders and experts in your therapeutic area.
- Provide medical and scientific support across departments to strengthen collaborative efforts.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Proven experience in medical affairs or a related role
- Strong scientific, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Fluency in spoken and written business English
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change effectively
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in product launches and lifecycle management
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Education/Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This is located in our Milan, Italy.
- This position follows our hybrid working model. The role requires a blend of home and minimum of 2 - 3 days per week in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
